This is a very nice property in a wonderful location. Choice of restaurants all around was very good and pricing at the ones we did try was very reasonable as well. Room was very spacious and well appointed but we would have preferred a corner spa to the one in the room that was prone to overflowing and flooding the floor. The view from the very spacious balcony was well worth the visit, nice to see how the other half live just over the inlet!

We booked a two bedroom apartment and were given a three bedroom villa at no extra cost. It was a beautiful villa, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cute baby blanket that came with the cot for the 6 month old was a lovely touch.

Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable and relaxing. Water view and balcony in all rooms. Smoke friendly on balconies only. Food and entertainment at your door step with numerous venues to choose from. Cabana Bar Pool access also.

The Marina Hotel was an absolute delight during my one night stay in which I had a great room with the suite. Location and views at every turn were a delight and the ever present salt water air was a pleasant reminder of the prime location in the Mindarie Marina. So many eating options as well as the unique craft brewery/Restaurant in Indian Ocean Brewery gives The Marina Hotel a clear edge as a go to destination whenever in Perth.

Everything, especially all the places nearby to eat. The room was huge and not at all what I was expecting. The double shower made my dreams come true as we finally got to have one big family shower which the kids loved. Loved all the staff they were so friendly even the housekeepers as I wasn’t even expecting a tidy up after one night.

We asked for a room with a view and they delivered! We were expecting a ground floor room, but we’re in a top floor corner room with a huge balcony and stunning views! It was the perfect sunset location. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in Perth. The bathroom is huge with a double sink and double shower. Location is great with many dining options on the doorstep.

We had breakfast on a couple of occasions in the coffee restaurant. Very good quality food although a little pricey. Staff were very attentive even though there were very busy on Sunday 30th. The views from our room at sunset were amazing.
